Looking for an alternative to crowded yoga classes?
We offer customized private classes to all levels. Classes can vary
in length between 45, 60 and 90 minutes based on your preference.
Students must be able to provide their own space for class in New York City/Manhattan.
Have a one-on-one yoga class experience
Large public yoga classes may not be for everyone. Whether you are stay-at-home mom, a shy beginner or you just simply have no time or desire to travel to a yoga place, a private ses sion is great solution!
In a private yoga session you will receive one-on-one attention. Your private teacher will help you move through each asana and adjust your posture if needed.

It can be more fun to practice with other people. Each class contains a little chanting, pranayama (a breathing exercise), asanas (yoga positions), relaxation and meditation.
A friend may make you feel comfortable when practicing, and you may share the cost of the class.
